Athletics are an arena for strengthening and celebrating the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, integrity, grit, unselfishness, and perseverance. Principia athletes consistently perform at high levels, staying competitive with athletes from much larger schools. Most importantly, since athletics demand that students meet and master challenges and overcome limitations, they provide an excellent arena for spiritual growth and healing.
